These Terms govern your use of the STRATA indicator and the website strata-indicator.com, provided by Tobias Schramm, Milchstraße 11a, 82256 Fürstenfeldbruck, Germany. Contact: onkelgo@gmail.com.
2. The service
STRATA is a technical analysis indicator for the TradingView platform (Pine Script). It is offered in two builds:
- STRATA Lite — a free build published on TradingView.
- STRATA Full — a paid subscription that unlocks the complete feature set, sold via Whop.
STRATA requires an active TradingView account. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TradingView.
3. Subscriptions, billing and trial
STRATA Full is a recurring subscription. Checkout, billing and payment are processed through Whop. A 7-day trial is available for a one-time fee of $1; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan at the then-current price. The trial fee is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
For all purposes other than card-network payment settlement, we are the seller and supplier of the product and your contracting party. In accordance with Whop's Seller Terms, Whop acts as merchant of record solely for card-network rules and payment settlement and otherwise provides payment-processing services; we remain responsible for the product, its delivery and support, consumer rights, refund decisions, and applicable taxes.
4. Prices and promotions
Current pricing is shown at checkout. Promotional codes (e.g. launch discounts) are subject to their stated conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Applicable taxes are handled at checkout in accordance with Whop's tax settings.
5. License
Your right to use the indicator is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA), which forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, redistribute, share access to, sublicense, or reverse engineer the indicator, and not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its operation.
7. No financial advice
STRATA is a confluence visualizer for decision support. It prints no buy/sell signals, makes no claim about win rate or future performance, and is not financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and risk management. Always combine the tool with your own analysis.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the current version is always available on this page. Material changes affecting active subscribers will be communicated where required.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Place of jurisdiction is Fürstenfeldbruck, Germany.
