1. Trial
STRATA Full includes a 7-day trial for a one-time fee of $1. If you cancel before the trial ends, no further charges are made; the $1 trial fee is non-refundable. You can start cancellation at any time from your Whop account.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access remains active until the end of the current paid period. Already-paid recurring fees are non-refundable.
3. EU/EEA right of withdrawal for digital content
As a consumer in the EU/EEA you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Because STRATA Full provides immediate digital access, this right ends once performance has begun: by starting to use the indicator during the withdrawal period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has fully begun.
4. How billing and refunds are handled
Checkout, billing and any refunds are processed through Whop. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at onkelgo@gmail.com and we will review your case.

STRATA Lite is free on TradingView and involves no payment, so no refund applies.
