2. Scope
This policy covers the website strata-indicator.com. It is a static information and landing page. It does not run a contact form, does not set cookies, and does not embed third-party fonts, videos, or social media widgets. Personal data is processed only as described below.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted on a server operated for us in Germany (Contabo GmbH). When you visit the site, the web server automatically records technical access data in log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of the request
- Requested URL / file
- HTTP status and amount of data transferred
- Browser type and operating system (user agent)
This data is necessary to deliver the website, ensure stability and security, and is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log data is retained for 14 days and then deleted.
4. Analytics (Umami)
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that we host ourselves on our own subdomain (stats.strata-indicator.com). Umami does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. It records aggregated, anonymous usage statistics such as page views and whether a call-to-action button was clicked. Umami is configured so that IP addresses are anonymised / not stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
5. External links and third-party services
This website links to external services. When you follow such a link, you leave our site and the privacy policy of the respective provider applies:
- Whop — handles checkout, subscription and payment for STRATA Full. See Whop's privacy policy at whop.com/privacy.
- TradingView — hosts the STRATA indicator. See TradingView's privacy policy.
We do not transmit your personal data to these providers ourselves; any data processing happens once you interact with their platforms directly.
6. Payment
Payments for STRATA Full are processed by Whop. We do not collect or store your payment card details. The data you provide during checkout is processed by Whop as described in their privacy policy.
