1. License grant
Subject to this Agreement and an active subscription where required, Tobias Schramm ("Licensor") grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the STRATA indicator ("the Software") on the TradingView platform for your own use.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Software;
- share, transfer, or grant access to your licensed copy or account to any third party;
- copy, extract, publish, or reuse the Pine Script source code in whole or in part;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- use the Software to build or train a competing product.
3. Ownership
The Software, including its source code, logic, and design, remains the intellectual property of the Licensor. No rights are granted other than the limited license expressly set out here.
4. Subscription dependency
Access to STRATA Full depends on an active subscription. If your subscription ends or lapses, the license to the Full features ends accordingly. STRATA Lite is licensed for free use under the same restrictions in sections 2 and 3.
5. No financial advice
The Software is an analytical visualization tool for decision support only. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice and makes no guarantee of results. You bear sole responsibility for your trading decisions and risk.
6. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. On termination you must stop using the Software. Sections on ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the Licensor is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
8. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
